Guangdong Jiashili Food Group Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Jiashili) is a reputable and well-established biscuit manufacturer in China, with a remarkable history spanning nearly 70 years and national recognition for its quality products. Its forerunner, the Kaiping County Sugar Biscuits Factory, was established as a joint venture in 1956 by incorporating 17 biscuit workshops in the Kaiping region. The establishment involved a public-private partnership between the 17 workshops and the local county administration, specifically the Kaiping County Administration, laying the foundation for what would later become Jiashili Biscuits in 1991 through official renaming and Guangdong Jiashili Food Group Corporation in 2008.

 

 

 

 

    In September 2014, Jiashili made a successful debut on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx). Throughout its journey of growth, Jiashili has expanded its portfolio through strategic acquisitions and incorporations of popular brands such as Silang, Kangli, Kailan, Jusber, Gangrui, Lohas Cake, Keonshin, Kiuxiu, Golden Apple, and Kakeen.

Its extensive network covers 450,000 sales outlets nationwide, spanning 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and numerous cities.     In response to the escalating trend of online sales and e-commerce, Jiashili took a proactive step by establishing an e-commerce subsidiary, Guangzhou Jiakun Brand Marketing Co., Ltd., in Guangzhou in 2021. This strategic move enables Jiashili to strengthen its online marketing and e-commerce operations. As a result, the company witnessed a revenue surge of 60 million yuan in two years between 2022 and 2023, reflecting the positive impact of its investments in e-commerce marketing and advertising.

    Also, Jiashili places paramount emphasis on product quality and has obtained various certifications, including ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System Certification), ISO 22000:2018 (Food Safety System Certification), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System Certification), and GB/T 27341-2009 Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system certification.

 

 

 

 

 

    Notably, in 2007, Jiashili played a pivotal role in drafting the "GB/T20980-2007 Biscuits" standard, which serves as the national benchmark for biscuits in the People's Republic of China. In 2020, Jiashili actively participated in revising the "GB/T20980 Biscuits" standard and received the esteemed "First Prize of the Guangdong Science and Technology Progress Award."

 

 

    In 2021, Jiashili was duly recognized as a "Guangdong High-tech Enterprise," reaffirming its commitment to technological advancement.
